Begin by cleaning brows with OKIS Brow Shampoo and rinsing thoroughly. In a nonmetallic bowl, mix Color Elixir Step 1 and Step 2 in equal parts (1:1). Apply the mixture onto the brow hairs and closely monitor the process — results begin appearing within the first minute. Allow the mixture to remain on the brows for 1 to 15 minutes, depending on how much pigment removal or lightening is needed. Once the desired shade is reached, rinse thoroughly with water, apply shampoo to cleanse, and rinse again. If additional lightening is required, you may reapply the mixture for 2–5 more minutes (not exceeding the natural pigment of the hair). If the resulting tone appears warm or yellow, neutralize using Ice Tone mixed with shampoo (1:1 ratio) for 2–5 minutes. Finally, apply Aloe Concentrate for nourishment.
