Right to Refuse Service Policy

FRAU Store USA is a privately owned business.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Disrespectful or abusive communication toward our staff

• Fraudulent, suspicious, or repeated chargeback activity

• Violation of our store policies or terms of service

• Attempts to misuse promotions, discounts, or return policies

In such cases, FRAU Store USA may decline to provide further service or accept future orders.
We are not required to provide detailed explanations for decisions regarding refusal of service or order cancellation.

This policy is in place to protect our customers, our staff, and the integrity of our business operations.
