OKIS PIGMENT REMOVER COLOR ELIXIR STEP 2 30ml
OKIS Color Elixir Step 2 is the second essential component in a two-step system designed to safely and effectively remove synthetic pigment from eyebrow hairs. Used in conjunction with Color Elixir Step 1 and the Ice Tone neutralizing tonic, this system lifts excessive or built-up pigment without disturbing the hair’s natural pigment. The formula allows targeted correction during brow tinting or lamination, enabling controlled lightening and color adjustment when needed.
Always mix Step 1 and Step 2 in a strict 1:1 ratio; never use either component on its own or replace with alternate products.

Clean the eyebrows with OKIS Brow Shampoo and rinse well.
In a nonmetallic bowl, mix Color Elixir Step 1 and Step 2 in equal parts (1:1). Apply the mixture to the brow hairs, closely observing the development — you should see changes within the first minute. Allow the product to remain for between 1 and 15 minutes, depending on how much pigment you wish to remove. Once the desired shade is reached, rinse thoroughly with water, then shampoo and rinse again. If further lightening is required, you may apply a fresh 1:1 mixture for an additional 2–5 minutes, although you cannot lighten beyond the hair’s natural pigment. If warm or yellow tones linger, neutralize with Ice Tone mixed 1:1 with shampoo, applied for 2–5 minutes.
Finally, apply Aloe Concentrate to nourish the hairs.
