OKIS Eyebrow Tint with 3% Oxidant is a professional permanent cream‑based dye system crafted to achieve a “powder brow” effect — denser color, lasting wear, and crisp lines. This tint is specially formulated to cover sparse areas, correct prior tinting or pigment, and deliver excellent adherence: up to 10 days on the skin and 40 days on the hair. Its creamy, medium-bodied texture ensures smooth mixing, stable application, and precise control. The dye includes Lawsonia (henna leaf) extract to intensify and extend the color’s life, while a pleasant aroma makes the application process more enjoyable.

First, degrease the brow area using OKIS Brow & Lash Shampoo. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the cream tint and 3% oxidant in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the mixture gradually to the brows, shaping and refining as you go. Allow the color to develop for 1 up to 15 minutes depending on desired intensity. After processing, remove the dye using OKIS Brow fixer or appropriate cleanser. Adjust exposure time to control depth of color and edge sharpness.
