Mix Hairwell Eyebrow & Eyelash Dye with Hairwell 2% Oxidant Cream Developer (1:1 ratio).
Apply the dye to clean, dry eyebrows or eyelashes using an applicator or tinting brush.
Leave the dye on for the recommended time period (5–10 minutes based on desired color intensity).
Remove the dye carefully with a cotton pad and gentle cleanser or warm water.
After use, store the remaining dye in a cool, dry place.
